5:30 AM – I review my schedule while enjoying my morning coffee. Today includes three HVAC maintenance appointments and two potential system consultations.
First Call of the Day
7:00 AM – Arriving at our first customer’s home in Morgantown. There’s nothing quite like the satisfaction of helping fellow West Virginians maintain comfortable homes. As a veteran-owned company, we understand the importance of discipline and attention to detail.
Customer Education
Our approach isn’t just about fixing systems – it’s about building relationships. During each visit, I take time to educate homeowners about:

Afternoon Consultations
By midday, I’m providing Nex Level comfort solutions to a family whose heating system needs upgrading. Being born and raised in West Virginia myself, I understand our unique climate challenges and how to address them effectively.
Team Collaboration
3:00 PM – Back at headquarters for our daily team meeting. We share experiences and solutions, ensuring we’re all providing the highest level of service to our Tri-State area customers.
